  • Express Shipping: Need your order sooner? Choose express shipping at checkout. Express delivery within Australia usually takes 1-2 business days, and international express orders arrive within 3-10 business days. Check the checkout page for more detailed delivery times.

Processing Time:

Please allow 48 hours for us to process your order. Our team carefully packages and prepares each item for shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.       

 

Delivery Condition:

We want your order to reach you in perfect condition. To help with this, please make sure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We can't take responsibility for delays or issues due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us at selsal.boutique@gmail.com. However, please note that we may not always be able to change the address once the order is finalized.

Delivery Exceptions: 

While we do our best to meet delivery times, unexpected events like natural disasters, customs delays, or other external factors might cause delays. If you experience any issues, you can contact the courier directly for assistance. 

Taxes & Duties:

For our Australian customers, no duties or taxes will apply to your order, as our warehouses are located in Australia. International customers should be aware that local customs may charge duties and taxes upon the package's arrival, and you are responsible for these fees.

We appreciate your purchase and aim to deliver your order promptly. After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package's progress online. This way, you can keep an eye on when to expect your delivery.
